Teo is a boy who refuses to accept the things that are wrong in the world. He cannot understand how people tolerate such serious issues as violence and environmental neglect. Through a dream, the boy discovers that the solution to many problems might be painting things light blue. To change the world, he decides to tell the heads of state about his idea, but the response is not what he expected. Teo then realizes that he himself can be the change the world needs. And he really is!
